Mill Bay Junior 3-Star Tournament

August 15-18, 2024

Dear Players, Attendees, and Supporters,

We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who came out to Mill Bay for our 3-star tennis tournament at Brentwood College School. Your participation, energy, and enthusiasm made this event truly special. It was an absolute pleasure to witness the skill and sportsmanship displayed on the courts.

Congratulations to all our winners and finalists! In the Boys’ Singles 12 category, Johannes Salchner took the top spot, followed by Nate Mauro Smith, with Troy Rees and Connor Rhys Marnell sharing third place honors. For Boys’ Singles 14, Jaren Mahal emerged victorious, with Aaron Wirth in second, and Finn Logan Lust and Casen S. Y. Yu finishing third. In Boys’ Singles 16, Liam Mahony claimed the title, with Oliver David Nairne and Stoney Gengxin Liu rounding out the top three. Frederic Augustin Chooi triumphed in Boys’ Singles 18, with Scott Goddard as the runner-up and Aashish Rohan Yelamanchili and Michael Liu finishing in third.

Our Girls’ Singles 12/14 champion is Katelyn Pasula, with Isabella Rose Tasic and Lauren Jane Ford securing second and third places respectively. In Boys’ Doubles 12/14, Finn Logan Lust and Matthew Steeves captured the first place, with Troy Rees and Nate Mauro Smith in second. Ashton Chase Hui and Johannes Salchner, along with Rowan Trinder Matthew and William Rees, took third and fourth places. Finally, in Boys’ Doubles 18, Frederic Augustin Chooi and Aashish Rohan Yelamanchili emerged as champions, followed by Calvin Bott and Scott Goddard, with Liam Mahony and Oliver David Nairne in third, and Michael Liu and Ian Tan in fourth.

We sincerely appreciate all the players for their hard work, determination, and competitive spirit. To all the parents, coaches, and fans who supported these young athletes, your encouragement played a vital role in their success. We are already looking forward to our next tournament and hope to see you all again for more exciting matches.
